Marry her bro if she has the qualities you want. My wife of over 7 years is born same month and year and I can say she is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She knees to greet and serve me food till now even after 3 kids.

An older man can easily marry a younger woman but an older woman cannot easily marry a younger man.

I am currently dating a lady older than me with 4 years. Funny enough, she's a single mother with one daughter. This lady loves me so much and has never disrespected me once. Most times I think she's pretending but I can see she's intentional about the relationship. She's highly "spiritual" and has been celibate for 6 years before she met me. She's understanding, calm and communicates well. It would have been perfect if she wasn't a single mother but unfortunately, she's. I'm still contemplating it.

The long answer is that there is

30 years is one generational difference. You can't be on the same pedestal. Perspectives and colourations will differ. One party would definitely have to forgo a lot of their comfort for the relationship. The best people that see this problem clearly are those in it.

Ten years is one decade. I personally think everything should be within this bracket. If there's beyond 10 years between you two then you are most prolly be dealing with someone who is unaligned to your peers.

Caveat. This is my personal opinion and should not be treated as the declarations of a professional.
