Sorry, no be agm. It's board of directors meeting. They agreed to pay .12k this year, against .10k they paid last year... You can google it. I expected a bonus too, however, no wahala

Era of given bonus issue is gone going by the new regulation that obligate every companies quoted on the exchange to cancel the shares different between issues and fully paid shares and Authorised share issue. But that does not mean companies cannot give bonus but has to go through long process.
