I want to share an update and seek advice regarding our visa application.

My wife (the main applicant), our two children, and I (proof of funds is in my account) just returned from IOM. While their certificates came out fine, mine was not issued as they couldn't determine my true health status. I have to return on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to provide sputum samples, and the test results will take around 10 weeks, according to the IOM doctor.

Due to this situation, I might have to move the POF to my wife's account, which means the 28-day period will start again. My wife and the children might have to apply for their visas without me, which would be difficult as she might not be able to take care of the two children alone over there.

I would like to seek your advice on whether I should consider another facility like Consultant practice, Qlink, etc. I am sincerely in need of guidance on the best way to move forward at this junction.

My candid advice is that, you should play along with the IOM while you look for other TB centre to do your TB test and apply for the Visa. I can use Qlife TB centre. I hope this relieve you?

Please kindly assist me with this questions. When declaring previous visa rejection(Not UK), is it compulsory to include the visa rejection letter with your application? What if I dont have the rejection letter again?

Secondly, my sister resides in the Uk and she's a British citizen, should i declare this or not. I'm asking because I'm not sure if they'll request for further information regarding this, I just don't want NSF because of anything. Please advise

Rejection letter not required. If you have the code, include it. If you don't state as much as you remember. Please declare your sister. They are not likely to ask any question about her.

You don't need to run the account. It's not compulsory. Leave the money there till you need it to pay for your tuition etc. That is my experience.

Advice; you don’t have to take it or believe me.
Remove Ulster University from your Uk plans.

Reasons.
1. The main University will not regard you as a student all through your studies meaning you will not have any feeling of being in a University. It’s going to feel more like you are doing a professional course lesson.

2. They block your account if you cannot pay up fees and you would be threatened with UKVI, trust me you might not be able to handle that with essays everywhere.

3. You might not have a graduation ceremony. Boys graduating now are told the earliest their graduation can be is December 2024. So all that gown and throwing of cap no go dey.

4. At this University, you really don’t have a break within semesters to work full-time, I don’t know why. They wouldn’t give you letter so you working full time is at your own risk lol.

5. Lecturers do not come to class. There was a semester, we started a course 5 weeks into the semester. This is a paid program Ooh.

6. Compliance Team might most likely reject your request if you want to travel, holiday or going to your home country lol, isn’t that funny

7. Lastly, if you think you know book like some of us and you come here, just dead the idea that you will score 86 and above.

It might be worth looking at other rules that are changing also i.e switching visa from study to skilled workers visa etc

My wife is the main applicant and we are legally married.

But on visa application where they ask does anyone rely on you for financial support, i said NO and have completed the IHS and VISA payment for both of us.


Please advice properly so as not to get NSF mail on further questioning.

Will i still be able to meet up with the whole process if money is paid into my account by tomorrow? Or i should just forget about it? Is it too late?

The alloted time stated was 2:30..
My question goes thus:
Is the time 2:30 is for the Nigeria time
Secondly,Is it advisable to log in to join through the link before the stated time like 5min before.
Thirdly: will there be another mail sent after the first mail asking for the interviews .

You can check other HO approved TB test centres

My opinion is to let them know you went to IOM and got an x-ray recently

I was offered admission into university of sunderland , sunderland. However it just occurred to me they have a campus located in london . My brother lives in london and I am considering the.possibility of changing from sunderland campus to london campus so as to ease accommodation cost if I opted for london campus.

I have written to the university of sunderland, though and got a reply from.the university of sunderland, london that I should upload all the documents in their portal .

Is it a wise idea?

Secondly, in terms of part time job opportunities, I hope it's reasonable in london compared to sunderland.
