We grew into the game as it progressed... We can win this.. the Canadians are better with the possession, but we can be better with the counter attacks .. Kanu, Echigbini and Okoronkwo are needed to push the counter attacks...

.. O Randy...
Let's see if she's that pivotal to the lineup. Cos it looks like she is a key part of the plan already. I'm imagining either of the two Esthers in the middle. Oh my. Onyene ozil eyes.

i think the idea is to let them gragra. Then own the 2nd half. If Desire comes on especially. We need to own that middle with possession.
Kanu also with the pace, accuracy & hot shot

We need to utilize the possession we are seeing. They are better passers but weaker defence. I'm sure Oparanozie will do justice if available.

So far, I'm pleased with Ashleigh going forward.
I'm just reading meaning into it grin. NFF really show am shege

As for bolded, I was of the opinion for Oparanozie to play ahead of Ify, but Ify's holdup play and defence have been good.

.. Unbelievable line up, Deborah ovet Echegini... Except Echegini is out of form o...

No it's not unbelievable. Deb fit more into Randy's plan. The first half was to set up defensively and soak the pressure and that's exactly what they did. It's why Canada has no shot in target.

We may be a little more liberal in the second half.

She’d soon get tired though.

We are most vulnerable at Alozie's wing. I think she's under intense pressure and yet to settle. If she doesn't improve she should be the first to come out.

Oshoala couldn't not stop the ball with that speed. She either paused it and fall or hit it with the speed. She try. Was expecting someone else to be running behind her do she can give the pass. None! I hate the thought of that moment.

Glad we too have video analysis. Did you see the Canadian coach studying our goal kick long approach. We better find a better way to retain the ball. That long idea is wack.
