Used to happen to me. Very depressing. I learnt to overcome it by whispering the Name of Jesus, continually, before I realized it, the moody feeling and thoughts would just fade away. That's demonic attack. Deprives you of happiness. I used the Name of Jesus Christ to overcome mine,now I'm free from it.
