Did Atiku steal his mandate?

There's hardly an ounce of brain in your head. Even if Obi won the case , which is infinitely absolutely impossible, would Obi be declared winner over Atiku who is not joined in the case and who actually came second. That really is the fundamental error ,difficulty and failure of the case. If Obi had come second, there might have been no room for the difficulty. Obi and his Ibo quota system SANs don't understand court process at all.

The judgement does not affect the election case. That case was filed before the election. Yes, it is absolutely correct that INEC has the discretion to determine how results are transmitted, and INEC had in it's guideline mandated that in confirming with the provisions of the 2022 Electoral Act, results must be transmitted. Having determined so, INEC can no longer change the mode after election has commenced as it will be similar to allowing the referee to change the rules of the game in the middle of the game. So that decision is right to the extent that INEC can only decide how to transmit result before the election, not after the election.

So constitution is inferior to guidelines abi

But INEC told Nigerians and the whole World that they will transmit results electronically.

The court held that Section 50(2) and Section 60(5) give INEC “very wide discretionary powers” to determine how it transmits or transfers election results.

“As I had demonstrated earlier in this judgment, the Electoral Act gives the 43rd respondent (INEC) discretion on how it carries out its assignment including how it transmits or transfers the result of election from polling units,” Umar stated.

The bolded na inec chairman be talk not constitution.

I'm not arguing that. I'm also saying that INEC itself bound itself to its own rules. Even to the extent of declaring as fake news the position that it wouldn't. Which Ref changes the rules halfway into a game?

U never see ref overlook some fouls in a game despite assistant ref raising the flag?

Same inec before the elections stated they may Need to change the process so what's the difference, the court is clear on this Inec have discretion to use their policy as it suits them or an event .

This whole election tribunal is clear to a brilliant SSS1 student let alone SANs.

That judgement, the Judge and LP should ALL be investigated further to see if the judgement was not procured. It was a no brainer that the court was overreaching itself and now that the case had previously been decided upon yet he gave a counter judgement ri bakan

You are saying this after election and after a winner has emerged and have been sworn in.

The only case by Obi is that the election result wasn't transmitted electronically, live. Obi hasn't been able to prove how he won. While the constitution has already since long before accommodate the inability of the electronic transmission as legitimate.

Obi has not been able to prove how he won. He is like mmesoma the fraudulent girl who claimed to have scored 363 while her a actual score is 249.

Obi came third behind his Boss and Master, Atiku Abubakar yet he is claiming that he came first.

How? Till date he has not been able to prove that.

No justice in this country. If INEC is allowed to do whatever they want then why bringing up the electoral act? No need for electoral act, we should tell INEC to give results to whoever they wish to.

The court held that Section 50(2) and Section 60(5) give INEC “very wide discretionary powers” to determine how it transmits or transfers election results.

In other words, the Executive and the Legislative Arms of government wasted billions of Naira in vain making the Electoral Act of 2022.

What a retrogressive judge.

Appointment of presidents for Nigeria suits the Oligarchic rule lovers of Nigeria from where this leading judge is coming from. They have appointed an old and ailing Tinubu through Mahmood Yakubu, and they are ready to throw the Electoral Act of 2022 put of the window. They will hit the rocks this time.
