I said it, if Ekweremadu issue had happened in Nigeria one useless corrupt judge would have set him free.

All they have now is forfeiture, Certificate, and Abuja 25% argument.

It's a natural rule that an umpire cannot change the rule of the game after the game has started. To do so will obviously mean favouring one side over the other. Does it make sense?
in this case, what were the rules that were changed in the course of the election? It is either you are ignorant of the electoral laws or you are one of those held spell bound by Peter Obi Voodoo, that you can't think straight.

This has no effect on tribunal cases, the judgement isn't even in favour of inec, yes INEC will decide and they did decide and said results will be transmitted to irev

So many Nigerian judges are either corrupt or INCOMPETENTundecided

There’s a distinction between making rules and breaking rules…
Accordingly, that the law grants INEC discretion to set its own rules doesn’t mean that, once set, such rules can be ignored.

Even where INEC has discretion to “vary” its rules, such variation should be formalized just as the original rules…
An administrative agency cannot publish rules that are binding on everyone else and then “vary” such rules by breaking them

Rules and regulations enacted pursuant to statutes become part of the body of Administrative Law…
Accordingly, they can only be “varied” (ie, amended) in the SAME manner as enacted - by formal publication and distribution.

Since all these LP-People are more interested in the Section 50(2) and Section 60(5) of the Electoral-Act-2022 whenever they go to the Courts,, rather than paying serious attention to the whole of Section-64 which is even more serious than the Transmission itself,, then I wish them luck in the court..

Let them continue to wallow about,, until they are ready to do the right thing..

they don't have anything. Peter Obi himself knows that he has no case that is why they didn't bother to duel on figures in stead clinging on straws to stay relevant to their supporters. Wole Olanipekun already told them that their petition is just a fiction, no life in it.

I like the way you are making yourself happy with your analysis. Next time you will be recommended for the position of the INEC chairman, congrats in advance.

Did you even read this section 64 you are talking about, e transmission of results is very much embedded in the electoral act, INEC said this themselves.

Is there any complaint that the numbers of the manual transmission & the so called e transmission were different?

Or you clowns just want to keep deceiving yourselves, chasing an illusion to be pursued, but never attained?

Drug money.
Rigging of election,
Age falsification,
Double nomination,
Many more.
Double nomination has been thrown out by supreme court.

Age falsification is not in any petition.

Rigging of election, hmm okay let's see.

Drug money would most likely be dismissed because in the final court paper, Tinubu was not under trial but his Heritage Bank Account. So there's nothing to suggest Tinubu is under any conviction for fraud or dishonesty as outlined in section 137 (d) (1).
So that case is most likely going to be dismissed.

Ignoramus. What is the connection between the two cases? This was before eye neck uses that same discretionary power to make the rules for the conduct of the elections, which she FAILED TO ADHERE TO. as a matter of fact This judgment is an indictment on eye-neck and their selected thief.

Ref has written guidelines that guide them which they must follow. There is no where it’s written that INEC must transmit result electronically. INEC had the intention of using the same platform that worked for them during Osun election which was was just 24 LGAs compare to general election which is 774 LGAs. They already apologized cos they didn’t prepare well. So many glitches during the election which we saw.
what glitches?

You don't understand me.
Do you??

The LP-People would always go court without Section-64 which happened to be the ACTUAL APPLICATION of Transmission.

Thus,, how can they always go to court and be demanding for transmission,, yet they wouldn't present to the Judges the Uses of the same Transmission as required by the Electoral-Act..??

So,, when they are ready to do the right things right, they would have the true Judgement the seek.
If not,, then, let them continue to beat about the bush.

I don't think this argument will suffice. At any point in time inec has a discretion to determine how to transmit results depending on the prevailing circumstance. They have already told you that they had technical issues so resorted to manual transmission.
what technical issues did they tell you?

Stop foaming from both sides of your mouth and read the judgement again. It's an indictment on INEC and the rigger in chief. Yes they have the discretionary power to decide the rules which they eventually exercised before the elections and set the rules to transmit results from the polling unit. However they blatantly disobey and abuse their rules and discretionary powers by not doing the needful. You guys should stop the blind support and be wise.

He has not lost anything as it stands. They only forcefully snatched it from him. This judgment is an indictment on inec. The petition was before elections. At a point before the elections they set the rules using that same discretion they claimed to have. But failed to adhere to their own rules during the elections. The question is why would an umpire set the rules for a game and blatantly ignore the same rules during the game? I believe you and I know the answer to that.
