A Court of Competent Jurisdiction, has heard Emefiele's bail application at today's proceeding and the court via it discretion has admitted him to bail, and Ordered that Mr. Emefiele be remanded at the Ikoyi Correctional facility pending when his bail conditions shall is perfected.
