Frank owhor is wike's trusted foot soldier, he had to be compensated. He has also served as a federal commissioner at fiscal commission, a board member of oil and gas free trade zone, tony okocha and the others don't have his pedigree. Regarding the ministerial aspiration, I honestly don't think he'll be minister.
