That a politician refused to rig an election does not mean he is not popular. Those Governors who choose to play free & fair election lost their states.They lost their state not becos they can't win through rascalitiew¹ⁿ

You don't use Obi to compare popularity here. Obi's case is completely a different game. Absolutely everybody from the South South and South East will lose against Obi in these regions. They only have to rig to win their local governments. Oshiomole lost Edo too. Wike lost Rivers and his rigging is the most laughable - the lost was too much that it was difficult to be rigged

Oshiomhole has never delivered Edo at the presidential level but he delivered his zone 100% to apc outside power yet okowa that was a governor and running mate failed woefully.rigging is part of Nigeria's politics.

Magnus Abe: he is very popular among his ogoni people.
