I have seen too many things as a teacher and I have heard too many things as a counselor.

Both teachers and senior students molest the younger students, especially in boarding schools, alot of rubbish happens there.
Due to threat from these senior colleagues the junior ones might fall sick and even find it difficult to communicate with thier guardians.
If I catch whoever tries that with my child, only God knows what I'll do to that person.

Parents on the other hand should try as much as possible to create a good relationship with thier children, make them your best friend.
