When I went through this forum I thought about all the times gir's have shown me attraction in school and in the neighborhood. Quit refined sugars,tobacco and excess consumptions of alcohol ,if you can't quit them altogether.
Focus more on vegetables, fruits,proteinous foods and more water consumption.
What about hitting the gym ?
These also one of the most empowering choices you're going to make in these journey
. It boost your T- level,boost your confidence and makes you more super attractive.
Guys, hit the gym if you got one in your area,it's worth all the sweats and money .
I know some guys reading these are going to wave them off because the focus is now on them and not on women,that only goes to show who you truly are in these journey.
