Biometrics was 18th of July
Collection mail 3rd of August
Documents submitted was just the usual: IELTS, medicals, Marriage certificate, pictures, PCC and passport.
Nothing extra.

1. CoS usually have a 3 months expiry date. It must be used within 3 months when issued.

2. Also once you have been granted visa, the lastest you can start work is 28 days. However your employer can use the SMS to give reasons as to why there is a delay.

I have friends that got their uk hcpc licence for two years now, no job. That's why ivwas thinking about the care route o.
I'll check out lab assistant jobs with sponsorship from there, I'll climb to biomedical scientist when I get to the UK.

Anyways ...u have a very slim chance because UKVI does not trust our documents or hopsital records....and this is an unusual case...


.......if u can prove history of illness like sickle cell, autism, cerebral palsy, downs syndromes..etc... anything to show the child has not been managing himself without you and your spouse supervision, u may have a slim chance....but dont get your hopes up....

I intentionally mentioned you and you spouse earlier.......If u are travelling as a single father or mum....u chance will bcome much slimmer because ur capacity to care for the son u claim cannot manage without ur supervision will become questionable.....

the odds are not in your favour.......

My mother has been living in the uk since 2006. The agent put 2 names as my mother within the same application! Under parent, he put my mother's name as X, under do you have someone in the uk, he put my mothers name as Y

Yes, he is not the father of the Kids, they are now his step children. As the Main applicant, the Man needs to prove the relationship with his step children as read few days ago on this thread. How is the best way to go about the Adoption letter? Or is there any other way out?

u need to correct it as she is living in the UK. They will open up her records. Let them not think you are trying to hide or something or that you don’t know your mother’s name
