oh kidnapping is very rampant in the uk and America but these are rich countries so they don’t kidnap you for money. They kidnap you to turn you to a sex slave in someone’s basement. Very common crime especially in America lol
Another one, so they way people get adopted in Nigeria is of same level in the west right? how many cases have you heard were ransom was paid or demanded? or do you not know the meaning of rampant or you earing about it for the very 1st time.In the Uk if you are held against your will thats termed kidnapping, nor be like our own ohhhhh, its usually follows a drug deal when someone nor pay or BF and GF one says the other cannot leave

I very much doubt Mexicans have unfettered access to the US labor market. If they did, 20 million Mexicans would emigrate overnight.

That is because for a university educated Mexican, there are good jobs and even remote opportunities to work for American companies while in Mexico. The cost of living is lower, especially if the person earns dollars. Canadians enjoy the TN visa, yet a quarter of Canadians have not jumped ship.

The TN visa does not discriminate, that is my point here. Mexicans and Canadians enjoy it.

I am not deep into Japa runs. I am not an expert on but will base things on my knowledge of economics and geography.

You can try Chile, Uruguay, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago.

All 4 have high per capita income.

Chile and Uruguay have low rates of crime and violence.

Panama has a higher crime rate than the firs 2 but still liveable

The cons with the first 3 are that they are Spanish speaking.

Trinidad and Tobago has a bit of a problem with gangs, black gangs. They largely kill each other but still makes it a problem. Perhaps you should seek first-hand advise from people here. Set up a thread and ask questions.

The pros about the country is that it is English speaking. Also, note that the population is split almost equally in half in terms of race: Blacks and Indians. It also has a small population. There's less crime in the Indian areas.

What I notice about people who want to Japa is that they just want to work. Instead, study the Lebanese: They prefer to start their own businesses.

So, rather than focus on work, you could also focus on starting your own business. I am certain selling "asun goatmeat" for instance would do well and I am sure the profit margins would be high. It can just be a small kiosk outside. It is a simple business but you'll be surprise at the profits you'll make.

There's this guy in New York City who sells hotdogs from a hotdog stand. He pays $300 a day to be there. If he pays such an amount, he must be making a heck of a lot of money. Many of these guys ae coded millionaires.

I would advise you to conduct further research on all 4, online and here.

nams77

There several businesses you can go into. These you can find out within a year, Asun was simply an example. You could even import fast selling goods from China

Thank you so much.
Quite insightful

If you're that keen, download duolingo from playstore and begin your spanish tutorials from there. It doesn't require much data and time. At least 15 to 20 minutes on the app daily. I've been on it for about a month now and I can confirm how good that app is. I'll push the limits from next month by enrolling in an actual online study class, then get the certification. Outside my desire to migrate to a South American country, I've always had a liking for Spanish.

I've been learning Spanish on duolingo since 2021. Stopped for a while but picked up again this year. The downside is not being able to find people learning it and people to speak with.

The Travel Section is rife with demons who lie for a living. These people started bashing Chile falsely. If they had not been confronted, they would have run away with it. I have no issues with anyone supporting Nigeria, but I have problems with people who lie and do so foolishly. That is where I have the problem. These people tried to distort facts. Posterity would have it that I stood on the right side of history. I can be accused of being rude, but not a liar. As for being rude, I would always be rude to liars and demons! If you don't fight liars, they repeat the lie to the extent it becomes to look like the truth. That is not supposed to be so.

They claim Brazilians climb the fence into the US via Mexico
They said Chileans wash toilets in the US
They claimed only Canada enjoys unfettered access to the US labour market
They claimed that the Chilean passport is not strong
They said Chileans are suffering from economic crises

All have proven to be false. You see? If people should be discouraged from relocating or cautioned when relocating, they should do so without distorting the facts. Anyone who wants to lie should do so in his/her house, not in a public forum. This is not 2003, where any donkey spews mumbo-jumbo and people accept hook, line and sinker.

See this cretinous fvcktard below who still lies that Mexicans don't enjoy free access to the US labour market whereas the information in the link by the US government disapproves of such. I hate dishonest people, I really do!

You are so insecure about this arrival in Chile, all I'm hearing from you is image making of Chile, the earlier you tell the truth of what you and your friend are feeling the better for you.

You are the liar trying to make Chile what it's not and sell it to other desperate people like you just to claim you are in a better country than Nigeria, which it's not, Nigeria is better than Chile in every way.

I stand on what I said that Chile is a very poor country and its citizens are trekking along Mexican border. I was shocked that a Nigerian moved there for greener pastures, then I realized some people will move to hell just to say they are "abroad." And yes again, Chile does not have unfettered access to the US labour market, not even Mexico can claim to be, only the US citizens and permanent residents have unfettered access to the US labour market, this is why I asked you what "unfettered access" means to you which you couldn't answer but rather went on a tirade.

Well since you insist I stay on this thread, I'll try to keep you company.

As for the demons you are calling for, you will have them to deal with all your life.

You or your friend has just wasted money on Chile and now want to take the frustration out on commenters, no, ko jo!

Show us one case where Chileans were caught trekking along the Mexican border into the United States. How come Chileans do so when the same people enjoy visa-free travel to the US?

https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/immigration/h1b1

All a Chilean needs to do is apply for a job in the US, and gets to move because there are no restrictions since the quotas never get filled. That is a fact. Why is this so difficult for you to accept? Why are you APC lots so despicably dishonest and wicked? Is this what you people live for?

I met a Brazilian and a Venezuelan and asked them about Chile when OP was processing his visa.

They both said Chileans rarely emigrate because they are rich. The Venezuelan girl accused Chileans of being too proud. The Brazilian lad said Chileans rarely associate with other South Americans because they are rich, and even when they emigrate to nearby countries, they move to Argentina and Uruguay. And once they finish what they do, they move back to Chile. He rarely sees Chileans whereas he sees Venezuelans daily. These are fellow South Americans who know better than anyone else on this thread, share the same cultural and racial ties.

Chile is wealthier than Nigeria, even omitting GDP per capita. Nigeria, not Chile, has the highest number of poor people in the world. If you claim it is because of population, Brazil does not have the highest number of poor people in South America.

Chileans can't work in the US without H1-B1 visa for a select professional like Indians or green card/citizenship just like every other national, so they have no unfettered access to the US labor market.

Getting a student visa to chile.

The first step is to look for admission. This one is particularly up to you. Some schools require legalization of documents before you can apply for admission. Take note. If the school requires legalization of documents, it would mean that you would need to legalize twice. First, your school documents before applying for admission, and the second time, your police report. You need your legalised police report to apply for the visa.

Legalization process

Start building up your proof of funds while you start this. You need to take your documents first to the ministry of foreign affairs in Abuja then to the Nigerian embassy in Ghana and then to the ministry of foreign affairs in Ghana before taking it to the chilean embassy in Ghana. The embassy charges around 14 usd per document. Once you are done with legalisation of documents you need to apply for your visa. In chile, the visa comes from the government itself. Any agent promising you a chilean visa is a thief. Everything comes from chile.

Applying for visa.

Head on to https://tramites.extranjeria.gob.cl/ and then click on Solicitud de Residencias Temporales para extranjeros fuera de Chile. Follow the instructions and upload all required documents. You will be asked for two important documents which you will have to get from your school. Your matricula certificate and your regular student certificate. You also need to print out your bank statements and attach them. Once you have submitted the application you have to pay around 225 USD online and wait for a response. If its successful, you will receive an electronic stamp in a month. Once you receive your stamp, you have 90 days to enter chile and once in Chile you have 30 days to get your RUT number.
