Kobojunkie: What's the point of expressing the amount in dollars when the OP earns and spends in Naira? The dollar amount may look small. But it won't be that amount in the US, and the earning/spending potential in the US is totally different from what is obtainable in Nigeria. Isolated currency conversion is useless in cost analysis, except when it's solely used for reporting purposes. 6 Likes |

IconicR: Grass-fed beef is very okay, which is what we mostly eat in Nigeria. Besides, Nigerians don't eat meat enough to have cause to worry. Fishes will not give your body the iron it needs. You want headaches during and after your periods? 4 Likes |

mariahAngel:The needed iron for the body can be gotten from other foods. I'm not against consumption of meat but the excess. I've seen cases where patients are advised to stop eating meat or reduce their intake of meat and rather opt for fishes but I hardly see where a patient is advised to eat more meat |
