How long does this last before going bad without refrigeration

Mine has never gone bad and have never put in refrigerator. I do this once in a yr but don’t know how many months it lasts. According to sweet adjeley, if you did lots, freeze some and it can be in the freezer for 2yrs. Bring out small and use.

As long as they were very dry. Kept in a container with tight lid. The veggies took more than 18hrs to dehydrate.
I forgot to add celery.

Commercial ones are added preservatives

You can use sun to dry your veggies this hot summer. The lady I used her method lives in USA and used sun. Use drying umbrella and cover it.
