I wash my cars every week....... So cannot justify dashing money away........ Money does not grow on trees....... 🀣😜

If i put that £30*4 on $VOO, do you know how my portfolio would be now........ Or simply put that money into my SIPP...... Do you know how much HMRC would be topping up every month (let's even forget about the share value appreciation)....... 🀣

If you know you know....

My SHO did one DIY in our office one day, l was surprised how she did the thing very easily. That was the day l learned DIY is the best way to go...

Hello guys... what's the chances of being granted scholarship to study msc pre-registered nursing. The fee is plenty - 15k per year.

Has anyone benefitted from such scholarships?

I'm searching for a 1 bed/studio or house share in Nottingham. I barely get replies from Spareroom and the likes when I request for viewings. What am I doing wrong? I'm in Nigeria but I have someone who can help with the viewings.
Hello how's your search so far. Can you email me so that I can be added to the Trent university WhatsApp group?

Hi all. Is there anyone who have previously done Lloyd Banking Group customers service advisor online Interview (both the situational judgement questionnaire and the video interview)? Please it is urgent.

OR

What should I prepare for generally?

I did interim service. when I saw the receipt(#140), I smiled. Labour and tax na like 90. I just told myself, DIY starts this year.
na transmission fluid change i take start. used the labour and parts money to buy tools. Fully ready for DIY.
They will only see me for major repairs.

Learnt from watching YouTube video or from seeing someone getting it done directly?

I get frustrated when my mechanics get to tax me all over again after taxing the parts used to repair the car, like for instance I get taxed for buying a particular part bought by my mechanic which has already been taxed by the seller and my mechanic will also tax it again when summing up, really crazy.

I saved a lot during my last mot by buying part my self directly from eBay.

Was seeing 77Β£ on eBay and 180Β£ from offline shops really crazy difference.

Took my car to a service centre that does interim checks while also recommending some actions or repairs that needs done, from there I gathered the list of parts I also felt needed and I bought them all from eBay, (make sure you ask the seller to check the exact type for you and also do you research very well also).

Spent 270Β£ on parts which would have been around over 550Β£ of bought from offline store.

NB: Don’t make a mistake of putting wrong fuel in your car oh, lol cost me I think 150Β£ (still have the receipt) and I still loose another 90Β£ worth of fuel after listening to a bad advice of putting more fuel. Initially bought petrol of 25Β£ and upon knowing, was advised by someone to add extra diesel to mix it, I bought extra 70Β£ worth of the supreme grade diesel. On my way home problem start. (Was that time when diesel was almost 1.9Β£/liter). Struggled to get it home. Can’t afford to pay for another towing vehicle.
