Factorize all equation
Equation 1 : (m-12)(m- 12) = 0 value of m is 12
Equation 2 : ( w -10) (w-10) = 0 value of w is 10
Equation 3 : ( o -15) ( o-15) = 0 value of o is 15
Equation 4 : ( b - 20) ( b -20) = 0 value of b is 20

m = men
w = women
Ist sentence you have
If 12 men and 10 women can complete a job in 15 days...
How many day will it take 35 men and b= 20 women to complete same job...

12men + 10 women = 15 days ( sentence 1)
35 men + 20 women = y days ( sentence 2)

Note we have to find how many men and women would do the job in a day (12 +10=22)
22 = 15 days

Then to find for 35 men and 20 women
Which is a total of 55 persons

According to Chain Rule, the work efficiency remains same.

i.e. WORK DONEWORKFORCE×TIME=CONSTANT

22 × 15 = 55 × y
330 = 55y
y = 6 days...( Answer)
