Wow first time seeing a full highlight of Nwakali in action, the guy IS GOOD ABEG! see strength, composure and intelligent football...reminded me of prime Mikel Obi from his U20 days. Nwakali is definitely the perfect anchorman to our midfield going forward 🙌

Yes she said so herself in an interview. One of our players said she was in talks with the former coach. Not sure if the current coach would want that wahala. On paper she would make us an instant world power but the chick is too unpredictable. She never takes accountability for her wrong doings and she thinks the world revolves around her.

I've never seen hate on a person (not just a player) in my entire life, like what I've seen against Nwakali on this thread before. I joined this thread 2021 and since then till now, some people are still turning up the knob of hatred on the young man. I came across his goal vs. Athletico Madrid (2018) on YouTube. I gats read the name for him shirt twice say no be this guy wey everybody for Nigeria hate be this? I no just know where the hate dey come from and who dey fuel am (even as fuel don cost). Omo 🤦🏾‍♂️

And some people are hiding behind the mask of analysis. Okay o 🚶🏾‍♂️🚶🏾‍♂️🚶🏾‍♂️

Nwakali announced himself in a big way during that Nigeria vs Atletico Madrid game, he single-handedly dominated that midfield with the most sublime display I've seen from a Nigerian midfield general in a while, and that wonderfully taken goal he also scored. That was in 2018, and tbh I must say Nwakali hasn't been lucky with his club situation, some players just don't have that luck factor when it comes to their clubs, though I think Nwakali's case was more of lack of motivation to really push his game to another level and a terrible agent cause I've seen significantly less talented players than Nwakali that have gone on to have decent club careers.

I'm glad he has found his feet in Portugal and I hope he does well enough to earn his plaudits and get a move to a top 5 league soon.

Aribo shouldn't be listed as a midfielder.
We are talking about individual abilities.

Nwakali's U17 exploits bests any world record to Amrabat. Please don't forget that.
Sir,am talking about professional career you are talking about U17 exploits.

Lol.

What's most painful about this myopic stance on this player is that in the last 10-15 years of churning out talented footballers from the local scene onto the World stage, way more talented and extremely great ballers have NEVER enjoyed this kind of hype that Nwakali is getting, and that is one angle i have a big crux with.

From 2008 upwards i can mention loads of ballers that are way better. He should be invited. Nobody is stopping him. But to say he's better than a key player of Morocco's World Cup campaign is the most hilarious and crackilicious stance I've ever seen in a long while.

put some respect on Sofyan's name plss!!! its becoming seriously annoying and unrealistic

Even the man Amrabat will be full of admiration for the stuff Nwakali can do.

I am currently running the profiles of midfielders that can give you at least 1.8 to 2 accurate crosses per game.
I can only find two names for now:
Kelechi Nwakali
Kevin De Bruyne.

Are you pleased.

Not too long ago many said the Championship was a farmer's league.

Meanwhile 3 games and he is doing marvelously well, don't you think that's a bit premature.

The Championship is not a sprint but a marathon, don't be over zealous with unmerited praise be objective.

Bro, please give him benefit of the doubt. Season just started… too early to judge.

The club he is in is piss poor if they don't get RELEGATED it's a miracle.

Do you know teenage academy players in the EPL and Championship get better wages than the Chavez players. Imagine average weekly salary inva Portuguese first division team club just above £1.5k a week. That's shambolic and very poor, you cannot get a quality player for £1.5k a week.

I compared there weekly wages with a club in the English league two and the league two team is higher.

Yes he is doing it in top league which has been my point all these while. He just played a match and from reported here he did well before subbed out.

Mind you Nigerians didn’t hate Nwakili but here,we have hype and underrated fans with very few bringing logical analysis on his game

It’s left for Nwakili to tell us he is ready and it will be base on his performances and good he took a good step moving to division one.

Right now,his chances are bright cuz nobody will tell us he is doing it in segunda again

Dude is playing in a dead teamin a good league gettin peanuts, that does not immediately Equate to quality.

You have said Nwakali is slow, but in reality he is faster than Amrabat.

You have said those, and for saying those, it is very clear that you have not done your observations well.

Them why does no better team want him and why is he getting peanuts ❓

What a balanced assessment.

Fact,Nwakili is a talented player but along the line something went wrong which we must accept as fans

Nobody is hating any player here,we are just talking football so it’s expected.Did you know that some don’t rate Awoniyi here, but today they are convinced with his performance.

The ball is in Nwakili court to tell those who believed he is not good enough that they are wrong by taking Portuguese league by storm

Oga forget Alampasu,he is not serious, playing amateur football in France instead of coming back home to reshape his career.Onyekuru is after money, nothing more.

Kekechi Nwakili is quite different from the duo cuz he believes he should be up there seeing Osimehn and Chucwueze doing it.

Once you see Nwakali’s name all your veins go just stand! Try dey calm down!
So the Arabian league should be rated higher than the EPL since they are paying huge salaries right? Everything no be by weekly wage.

You swore he will keep languishing in mediocrity but he proved you wrong. Signed with a club in the European top 10 rankings still you will not rest.

Mind you Chavez finished 7th last season. So I don’t understand how you suddenly think they are relegation candidates. The league just started!
