This means you would be monitoring when, that's if he eventually sell the domain. It doesn't work that way bro. Some here even do giveaway sometimes without expecting anything in return if such gift eventually end in sales. Domaining, like Salvation is personal.

Reduce the price drastically if you want a quick but if you intend to hold for long, slam 3years renewal and leave till your get an offer.

I won't advise him to slam 3 years renewal though. Technology grows so fast that in three years the keyword may no longer be important.

We've had NFT, Web3, Web5, etc., slow down in less than 3 years.
