Legal modular refineries are in varied stages of construction

If you mean illegal refineries that steal crude (thereby cheating you and me out of money , not just government and the drillers, who , it must be mentioned, employ hundreds of thousands of Nigerians that need to be paid)...and produce fuel that is just a step above the bad fuel we import...and is still awful , and also further damage the environment (remember that Port Harcourt has a air pollution issue because of these people)....sorry, but it is better we wait for legit refineries.

Nothing will be completed. Buhari said the same thing. They will have a silly reason why the refinery cannot work when they get to that date or they will shift it to another date. They are just saying this to buy time and deceive the people.

I doubt this seriously. With dangote refinery yet to start operations and pay back what he borrowed from Govt., I doubt this cabal will let the local refineries breathe. Let's watch

It's a 60000 barrel refinery . And can only produce 5m liters of petrol daily . Our daily consumption is 45m liters.

No guarantee it will work full capacity, so don't expect it to refine upto 60,000 barrels per day .. it may do 15,000-20,000

When it comes to duping Nigerians , they will say NNPC limited. But when they want to use the same nnpc to steal government funds it will be NNPC.


That NNPC is d no 1 problem of Nigeria. They are d one collecting subsidy at ambiguous rate, transporting subsidized fuel to neighboring countries , carrying on illegal bunkering, crude oil theft, and increasing fuel price.

It's too early to judge the PBAT administration not until after 6 months bcs any serious leaders should have set their pace by then and the PBAT govt will be 6 months by December. If the PHC refinery bcm audio like the Dangote refinery in December then PBAT is clueless , but if the PHC refinery starts working by then ah APC & PBAT will win Nigerian's hearts for life and a fresh breath will come
