please i have a domian name that currently has 1k unique visits this month.i bought it on the 5th of this month because of the insane backlinks i saw on ED and after some research, i found out they were pure backlinks and not spam, the domian in not AdSense banned.. I initially bought it to park but since parking isn't paying anything useful again i decided to list it for sale..Now question is this. The domian is not a geo domain or a brandable or anything like that, it's just one celebrities full name with hyphen(-) In-between the first and last name. Is it advisable to outbound the name to some endusers and try to use the traffic as an incentive to have them buy it? maybe just to redirect it to their current website? or make i just dey my dey?

At least you should have let him know that someone else is interested and perhaps give him a time-frame. If he couldn't meet up, then you move on.

I'm so sorry @domainer1999. I should have inform you that someone else was on it. Sincerely speaking I wanted to give the fund to you, it was just taking time. Most times I act as middle man with my people in freelance group and you know how they are. I don't want the fund to go my competitors. I promise to do better. Sorry.

Is the non-hyohen version active? Are there many people bearing same name?

Put yourself in the buyer's shoe, if you have the non-hyohen version, why do you need the hyphenated?
