Ensure that any lump sum deposits are adequately justified and explained. This reason can also come if the transaction inflows in the presented bank statement(s) do not historically accumulate to the sitting bank balance. Hello, have they decided on the route to use? this thread is for the study route only. If they decide to use the study route then the first thing to do is apply to schools to get admission before the study permit

Can college is not eligible for PGWP, hope you're aware of this?. As for your question, is it USD card you are making the payment with? If not try using USD card.

It's been a while I've been here. The reality in Canada was not as I envisaged but we give God the glory for the last 8 months I've been here.

There have been times I questioned if I did the right thing and times I was confident I did the right thing. Canada is designed to reward the SMART ones and not just the average HARDWORKER. Don't get me wrong, if you work hard you will surely be rewarded, however, you might continue in that endless loop whle the smart ones are soaring.

Our social media content creators unfortunately paint a perfect picture of life in Canada and prevent people from preparing adequately before arrival. The housing crisis, the lack of student jobs, the cost of living (especially if you depend on the Naira cos of no jobs) etc, is not a joke.

In all, it's a beautiful place especially in the summer and extremely cold in the winter. Basic amenities are present so you don't worry about basic things really.

Comparing life over here with life back home, it's way better once you're settled and finacially equipped so don't be discouraged in pursuing your dreams.

LOOL, i don't know oh, I also applied to George brown college and seneca but Mohawk gave me admission. I'm still waiting for visa approval, but in the meantime i just wanted to find other people going to the college and connect with them

She can raise webform to IRCC to ascertain if she can still send her passports for stamping, but then she would have to state how she missed the emails for her to send her passports also, does she have access to her portal, what does it say?

Update/Testimony: Praise God my NL Family! My friend still sent her passport for stamping even though she saw her Passport Request 90 days after it was sent. Usually, IRCC would write on that PP Request Letter that if they don't receive your passport within 30 days, your visa approval could be cancelled(Paraphrased). After her passport got to IRCC Abuja, it was held for some time which was unusual, so she sent email and raised a web form, they stamped her visa after about 2 weeks. Thank you Lord for doing it for us again.

My friend applied for visitor visa since 2021 to travel to Canada with her daughter on Student Visa. Her visa was under processing since then until April 2023 when it was approved after 2 years but she didn't receive any email. She only discovered only yesterday which is more than 90 days after the passport request was sent. Any useful hints NL family?

All you need to show is your school fees receipts
