We will henceforth be more strict with new users. Investigation showed some of our old monikers are trying to be deceitful by trying to use their wife, father, mother, girlfriend, baby mama, side chick, son, daughter to operate second account. It was like a set up this month of August. So I received about five different people claiming one of actually my account hit DD but this account is for my side chick and it hit 10%. Oh. My account failed but my mother account hit 10%. It is not easy to be active on two different monikers if you are not active. We will assume you are using two different monikers and accounts.

Daily draw down= $500 (5%)
If u made a profit of $300 that day ur daily draw down for dat same day increases to $800
Instead of $500, inorder to breach the account u have to loss up to $800 in ur next trade for dat same day.
N.B= as long as it's d same trading day oooo

Equity is your running account size as a trade is ongoing and yet to close. As the trade is ongoing, your equity begins to add-up if you are making profit ( or go dwindle in you are in a loss).

Now if an account is equity base, for you to hit 5% daily DD (it only have to dwindle from the peak it ever reached that day by 5%. That's all it takes. Wether you have close the trade to add your gains to balance or not).

I had to go through all the back and forth allegation and the new one being brought forth. All I have to say is this thread thrives on chaos and I love it.

Why worried about Balanced based, Equity based DDD or MDD...The good rule is that you shouldn't risk more than 1 or 2% of your equity on single trade. You have a 10k account, you are permitted too loose 8% which is 800. That's your equity and balance forget about the 10k, You have just $800 account. Risking 1/2% or let's say max of 5% on trade means your SL will be either 8, 16 or $40 respectively. You can never violate the DD or Equity rule following this model if you are a good trader

The explanation is for your real challenge account... Competition account has no rule and you have nothing to loose

Yes, I tried to find my latest claim with my bank, just 2weeks ago sef; but I think it was cleared since the case has been resolved. I booked an international flight which I tried to cancel but the agent told me that I would get no refund at all. I just closed my chat with them and went on my app. I got refunded full amount in 2weeks.

I'm sure majority of the citizens who failed challenges must have done either a charge back or fraud report. If they do charge back, they get refunded full amount and keep their credit cards; if they report that the prop firm took their money, they will get a brand new card delivered to their houses and full amount refunded.

In FTMO as long as u've not closed the trade even if ur trade is running on 10% loss u won't get a breach email from FTMO, until u close those trade in loss or they hit stoploss.
It's only in FTMO Sha.
Talking from experience I've had in FTMO
U can try d FTMO demo if u doubt it.
