Question is do you have resources for pof for 2 years? That should be your concern. When you enter Canada, you can always do another 1 year program and be eligible for 3 years pgwp.

Hello house,
My case is kind of funny as I haven't read any post about it.

I graduated with a 2.1degree in accounting from UNIBEN in 2014. However, I only worked for one year in an hotel as a cashier and resigned due to the meager pay. Getting a well paying job was hard for me, I decided to embrace freelance work in 2016.
Ever since till date, I have been working remotely as a blog writer from home.
I really want to know my chances of getting a student visa to study for an MBA program.

Did your brother book the ticket directly from the airline? If yes, you/he need to call the airline customer care service and get a rebooking.
If through agent, then you can contact the agent you bought the ticket from. Sometimes when a plane is overbooked, the airline usually plunge out passengers from agent especially does with low booking fee.

Good day everyone,
I've been truly blessed by this platform. A large fraction of what I know about visa process was from Nairaland. Your selfless effort didn't go unnoticed.

An urgent assistance is needed for SOP and study plan draft for a Canada Study permit application. A guide through the process would be be appreciated. Been a silent reader

I might be wrong; I suspect the airline agent has not booked any flight for your brother. The agent asking for additional Tuition and later saying flight is overbooked sounds suspicious to me.

If you have evidence about your freelance work then you should look for courses that are related to your work, you can search for masters in that work, it does not mean MBA is not good, but from available information MBAs are sometimes expensive.

So, if money is not your problem, then go for MBA, or look for other master's programme that is related to your work.

If your children are older than 5 then SP will be the appropriate visa for them. Your mum can be VV.

For dependents POF

Spouse - C$4,000
for the kids - C$ 3,000 each.
You can also plan C$3,000 for Mumcy.

However, it is ALWAYS better to have more than what is stated above for the POF. Then add return flight tickets money and miscellaneous fund.

If my company needs to sponsor me, what documents would be required from my company? Additionally, do you believe this sponsorship would serve as a strong tie to my home country, as I would eventually need to return and resume work with the company? do i need to still show my personal account statement?

You're welcome

Alright, that's good.

In my previous post to you, check the third link, you should see potential documents you might need to apply for the program.

Better still, google that program and school again, you should see the documents required for admission there.

Also, I heard sometime ago that to apply to FANSHAWE COLLEGE, you need an agent and the school have Agents they work with in different countries (including Nigeria). I will suggest you send an email to the Admission office of the school for further enquiries.

Also, ask on this forum, there should be current or former Fanshawe College students on this forum who might be able to give you some based on experience information.

Good luck...
