if u wan hear the truth, if una take dis case to customary court ur uncle go floor ur popsi, sorry to say. Ur father elder brother remains the first fruit of ur grandfather manhood hence is entitled to his inheritance accordingly, the elder can still prevail on him to find ur father something either a plot of land or another house if any. Because ur father was the caretaker of the house when he was away and also ur father stand in his responsibilities all these while he was away, so he owes ur father a great deal and can not collect all the property, he can give some to ur dad
