Hello,
This is kind of out of context but I’m a bit curious and would love to ask and would appreciate a feedback from whom it is applicable to.
I have read messages about people who have just studied in UK moving to Canada through the study route again, why is that so?

Like I said, I’m just curious and would love to know better. Thank you.

Just thought to drop this here it might help someone who can’t afford study route to Canada.

You still not some funds though ( as you will have to pay first deposit of the school fees )but there is a possibility for full tuition scholarship for this course with a bond of working with the province for two years after graduation ( you deposit will be refunded if scholarship is available)

Also note that the school is DLI but the course is not PGWP eligible but has another path to PR which is the PNP and GRaduate in demand.

A very good option for those that are single , there are married people too but the headache of bringing ur family in and all that which is not impossible

Check out the link below and note I am not being paid to do this. Just sharing an information I am privileged to have

Application is confirmed immediately after you make payment and hit on the submission button
I clicked on submit and inputted my GTB Dollar prepaid card details and I was told it might take up to 24 hours to confirm the application and now it has been 24 hours, and still no response, I have not been debited though, I was thinking of using my access naira card or is there a better way of paying. Pls kindly help

No issue at all. You can go through the school website to read the payment instruction. once she pays, you will be able to download your receipt on your portal.

Help!!
goddyog:
Good evening

Please i am back with my questions again.

Please for someone who studied criminology and graduated 2019 but has been teaching since 2020 and also a fashion designer (the fashion design is not registered) what is the best study route to take?

Again, for money constraint, can if i do a certificate course and get a 1 year work visa, can i still further my school in other to stay back because i dont intend returning back.

For home tie, we have a 2 bedroom bungalow and 2 pieces of land in nasarawa, my wife has a property built by her father in her name. Then families. My work will give me a 1 year study leave. Are these enough for home ties?

Finally, i also intend going with my spouse, will she also get a 1 year spouse work permit? If yes can she go to school immediately i round up my own 1 year course?

Thank you.

Some people are moving to Canada from UK because the process to transition from Student to Permanent resident to Citizen, is straight forward in Canada, in Canada you can give yourself a target and look at all the immigration pathways available to you and start working on it and with smartness and luck you will become a citizen in 7-8 years. In the UK, their immigration policy flip flops too often, which brings changes and uncertainties. The recent example is the new change they are implementing by Jan 24, that will stop most students from bringing in dependents.

In the UK, they can wake up tomorrow and say students who have graduated can only stay for 2 years and leave, like they had before, before Brexit pushed them to relax the rules which they are tightening again.

It’s worst now here in Canada now brother almost same as US and most are becoming illegal and some results in continuous to spending on expensive studies for permit extension

Damilare5882:
I understand what you are saying ,but it can never be worse than America .. FYI, alot of intl students who finish in America always result to Canada if things gets to the end. So what im saying in essence is , forget all these statistics, its not extremely difficult as your write up makes it seem as far as you do it the right way. For smooth immigration PR process, i will advice anyone to take CANADA OVER USA anytime !!!!!

In addition to what Damilare has stated, I want to add that relocating to Canada requires planning and strategy, an applicant has to know if their course of study will help them get job in a careers that are in demand, especially if age is not your side, then target provinces that have steady PNP programmes, by and large, I am an advocate of getting in there first, once you are there, you can start the next phase, the truth of the matter is once you are there you already have an advantage counting for you towards your PR application.

Hello,

I just received another study visa refusal after two previous refusals. My programme is to start in November, and I think I still have time to reapply. Please can you recommend an excellent immigration lawyer that can help me with my visa application? I want to get it right this time around.

Thank you
