Open letter to Chicago State University

I am writing you this letter on behalf of over 200 million patriotic Nigerians .

Firstly , we appreciate the establishment of the school for creating learning environment for Americans and non Americans .
We also thank CSU for the endurance and the effort to be neutral during the event of solving the identity crisis of one of the old student as claimed , in person of Mr Bola A tinubu .

However , as we have been told and have the court order that the district court of Illinois has ordered CSU to release all the documents requested by the appellant ( Atiku Abubakar) to him in other to strengthen our democratic process as stated in section 131 (d) of Nigeria constitution

We want to believe what was requested will remain as it has been over the years and it won’t be tampered with during the process of tendering it as court ordered .

We want you to know that any information you give on oath must be in line with the establishment of your school and it’s integrity because every actions you take will have effect on the growth of Nigeria , growth on the democracy of Nigeria and Africa at large ,as Nigeria remains the largest black nation on earth and also the leader on the continent of Africa ,which means we must always lead by example

The integrity of CSU remains under test and we shall continue to promote democracy and fairness at all level .

The truth is that it is alleged that he used the transcript of the late daughter of Alhaja Abibat mogajis Brother and he also used that same name to travel to the US in the 70s when it was easy to use another person's identity.

Now Chicago State University seems to be in the know but played along.

He actually went to CSU and Infact graduated but he went in using using Bolatife A Tinubu's transcript who happens to be a female as seen on this transcript released last year by same CSU.

They were never expecting him to one day foolishly come out to be a president

CSO has said THEY CAN NOT UNDER OATH AUTHENTICATE THE CERTIFICATE TINUBU PROVIDED TO INEC... this is a clear indictment even if it does not expressly prove Tinubu forged.

Now read again what CSU is asked to produce and marry it with the petition of Atiku.

Now incase you don't know, the records to be released has been released already last year to Enahoro and it clearly shows that the transcript that was issued in 1977 by South West College which he used to gain admission to CSU clearly belonged to a female as shown in the records presented to Enahoro by CSU.

Stop being half clever. Did you bother to read why CSU said they could NOT authenticate the certificate submitted to INEC in court?

CSU lawyer said they could not because they did not see the one submitted to INEC, and so they could not confirm if it was authentic or forged, and the judge accepted because that was reasonable.

The CSU lawyer affirmed that they could ONLY certify the certificate issued in their record, which was reasonable again and the court accepted.

Did you notice that the CSU lawyer in court was using the pronoun "he" for Tinubu in his submission to the court and even confirmed his graduation date.

True and correct copies of any CSU documents relating to Mr. Tinubu that were certified
by Jamar C. Orr, Esq., including, without limitation, the documents in Exhibit D to the Uwais

Get your facts right pls.
Read the full document by the court, the applicant later narrowed the subpoena request for want of time, and even at that the narrowed subpoena STILL CONTAINS major information regarding Tinubu. So the narrowed request is what the court have granted, and it will contain everything that Atiku wants to know.
