Yeah I'm back again oo

Many still need to be taught about this subject.
Many are still afraid to pray in tongues cause they don't know what they are saying .

This is the best piece on this topic ever in this platform. I have been in programmes where some of these gifts if not all, I think speaking in another tongue manifested.



However, a member of my family, the first person to become a pentecostal had that encounter. She was a stack illiterate, on a prayer meeting. Just a few group of people were praying, members of RCCG, the woman began to speak impeccably in Queen's English.
Till she died about five years ago, at about ninety, she was not lettered, but a devoted person.

I think these days, we don't see much of the manifestations because the church is moving from the spiritual to carnality.

you know these days some churches have chosen to moderate ,and modify how god should move among his people because they felt some persons would feel embaras by some of the manifestations of the spirit that looks weird to the world .

as it is writen " a carnal man doesnt accept the things of the spirit because they look foolish to him ,neither can he understand them because they are spiritually discerned.

it is impossible to be spiritual without faith ,and most people think they know or understand what faith is ;and that is an effect of wrong or incomplete teachings concerning the subject of faith or people's choices to pursue material things while ignoring the need for spiritual
enlightment and education because doing so seems to be unprofitable to laymen .

we live in a physical world so the pursuit of many is after physical things because even spiritual things cant produce any effect on earth if they
can not manifest physically .

i think there is a need for the church to emphasize on making delibrate dedication to personal study of faith ,and practical engagement of faith.
that would help many people to see the need for spirituality ; because without faith it is impossible to be spiritual
