I paid for LE basic plan, when I inserted the license key sent to me. It kept saying invalid key.

I have contacted them several times. They are not responding.

Has anyone here faced similar issues?

For those of us that heavily utilize Dan.com's import lead feature (almost all of my deals are imported leads) - it appears, of late - many of their import lead notifications drop in the the "spam" folder...

More worrisome is the WARNING in red (that usually follows the mail)

*** I feel, a more convenient approach would be to include the transaction fees in your BIN and then mail it to your buyer...

I also noticed when I do an import lead (and the buyer says they don't see it - I go ahead to send them the BIN link for payment (and the transaction fee remains the usual 5%)

Just thought I'd share.

Our beloved Dan is gradually sliding into oblivion
I noticed the red flag stuff too.
Thankfully, the end-user for my last sale didn't mind

Perhaps Daaz will be a good replacement as times go on

The issue has been resolved. I had to uninstall the whole app and install the app again using the link in my purchase mail. And it worked instantly.
