As I entered my car and about to turn and go home, a young lady driving a big SUV car stopped by my side lower her window and she greeted me, when I answered she asked whether I can help her out, so I was like ok go on, thinking maybe she's lost and asking for directions, but to my utmost surprise she asked me to please give her some cash to buy fuel because she's running out of fuel and she has no money to buy fuel and she needs to go to Apo.

I just shook my head and told her sorry and I zoomed off. I don't know if any of you ever had this experience here in Abuja too?

It can happen anywhere not because it was in Abuja, on one ocassion, similar thing happened to me along a popular bridge on Lagos mainland, she flagged me down and begged for some money for fuel, didnt have enough cash then , checked the piggin hole and drop her 3k and she was glad. like 4 years back anyway. Anyone can be stranded atimes.

maybe she was tested to see your actions before she will dash you a huge sum of money.

Especially from women. Last week I bailed a married woman out to get on a bus. She just arrived Canada with student visa. Na the bus operator wey insisted she paid, thanked me. The Nigerian lady ran out of the bus on getting to her busstop.

A woman driving a big SUV doesn’t have fuel in the car, doesn’t have cash, and also doesn’t have money in her bank account? Is that not questionable. A lot of people are saying you would’ve helped her just because she’s a female. A lot of scams and atrocities are going on in Nigeria. If you lose guard, you will be the victim instead of the good samaritan most people are claiming to be here.

One day I was with my significant other and suddenly someone came and asked for money. I was perplexed because this person was well dressed and also asked me because there was lots of space btw me and SO.Omo I ran ba k to my SO

I used to work at the abuja airport, commercial cabs dont go beyond the toll gate, i stopped before the toll gate to take a short cut to my work station...

As i was about to cross, a fine lady sitting at the back seat of a clean Toyota camry probably its an Uber, wind down asked for 50 abi100 bucks to pay for the toll, e shock me, but I gave her sha.

So i saw a jeep heading my way
I just pointed to the NYSC cap the jeep stopped
And guess who was driving A LADY!
She not only drive me, i stopped at my junction that's police sign post



I've had countless guys help me out and not ccollect a dime

A guy was stranded yesterday ...his car overheated and his battery ran low ....he had a Jumper and was begging commuters for assistance to connect his jumper to thier battery so he cud power his car....nobody stopped....he waved at me for help stretching out his jumper ....I stopped n assisted. It was a success ...nobody died! Learn to lend a helping hand folks

If you say they shouldn't bother, they insist on having your number to at least say thank you and probably take you out for dinner for proper thank you. It is a Platinum collection and not a gold collection I think, use to have same or may be I still have them (but I am no longer into the circular world so I won't be sure it's still in my collections).He was a special artist to me and that's why I keep virtually all his collections untill I changed my taste..

I was once robbed around Jahi with a similar tactic, though my assailant was a healthy & wealthy looking man (unknowingly to me he was armed). If he contested for Senate_he’ll win surely.

Truth is my Spirit warned me but I shrugged it off - felt nothing Dey happen, na normal help.

That single action of rendering help almost cost me my Life. Within 15min after I was robbed, my accounts were freezed due to failed attempts by this wealthy looking thief.

I had to involve my friends at the barracks who swung into action_some CULPRITS were caught within 1week (the dude with the help of someone sold my phone to an unsuspecting buyer in Lagos), but main suspect remains at large.

BUT BY THEN

I lost family memories (clips & pictures), business/work contacts, wallet + raw cash, my work ID CARD, my job & official car…not to mention a scholarship I had just gotten, as all documents were scanned with my mobile.

It’s best to do as your spirit discerns when helping humans.

I wouldn’t wish what I experienced even on my enemies.
