Property is located in Anambra State and the Owner buys all materials while the Engineer is in charge of Labour/supervision.

I don't really understand the first part and I don't have any relationship with the Engr.

Meanwhile, all the materials are not available on ground and will be bought in piecemeal. Just want to negotiate his fees before they start work.

You can pick a reliable architect from any location to deliver the building plan n structural plan . Then get an engineer/contractor in benin to execute the plan.

Someone would have to go and do a physical inspection and sampling, You have to be on ground for this one

you need both, unles you are like me who want a role i n it.In my building I was the supervisor was lucky to have a friend who is an Engineer so when I get stuck, I pay his hotel bills for when he has time, he sorts me out and I learn from there.I did mine for FUn thought not to save money.

Dimension is 10 meter by 26 meter.
Am a newbies and lack any experience in building.
Please what should I budget for the foundation.
I don't mind if I can get a breakdown of the stage by stage cost foundation to DCP.
I WILL SO MUCH APPRECIATE

No point going on and on Bro, You need to tell your Idea to and Architect, he/she will design the hose and generate a plan, An Engineer has to interpret the plan and put it on the ground, If the plan is generated from your Ideas and you are enlightened a bit on the Engineering field then you can delve into supervising, if not just supervise your pocket and Employ these persons to crack on. Architect MUST ENGINERR/BUILDER MUST
