oluayebenz:Exactly reason why people who live in a glass house should not throw stones. For every accusing fingers pointed at others, three are directed at the accuser |

What are the investments we are making in October? |

oluayebenz:You're actually the f.00lish one to be honest. I did not mention anybody's name before one animal crawled out. I specifically called out some barbaric leaders in northern Nigeria who spend state budgets on mass weddings. How does that relate to any animal? If you come out today to insult the governor of my state for wastefulness, I fit dash you money because in all honesty, that state needs that publicity. I do not protect criminals because they bear Abiola, Muhammed, or Okoro. I'm not m.a.d. |

emmanuelewumi:Are we actually reading the same thread? I don't really have time, else I would have shown you that he was always the first to start tribalistic posts. At least here on this thread, I don't know what happens elsewhere. Except you see calling out the bad leadership presented to us by our leaders who happen to be Northerners mostly as an attack on his people. Come on, let's not be tainted by emotions. |

emmanuelewumi:Again, another funny post. We all have the potential to go crazy. There are a million and one posts that can be copied and pasted here. If you encourage this kind of behavior, sooner or later someone else on the other side of the argument will start spamming the thread with copied and pasted sensational news. At that point, the whole thread will go to shit. |

emmanuelewumi:This man respect yourself. U guys should try and be hiding ur hate for others. When he was disparaging a whole tribe...u never mentioned banning people but because we decided to put him in his place u are talking about banning. Who cares...after all,the thread has been used as a vehicle of hate since after election and no one is talking. Respect ur old age. |

But in a situation whereby we have people who enabled and encouraged his trols and other contributions that are not wanted on this thread by exchanging banters with him, but because they could not cope with his arsenal now think he should be singled out for a ban is what I don't agree with Fair is fair. |

ibechris:People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Focusing on the effects without looking at the cause is not rational. What happened yesterday was not started by Ahib. I am sure you don't have a problem when your people attack his people on this thread and when he gives it to you back to back you will then start claiming victims. |

emmanuelewumi:On this thread,I have defended u and I have defended Ahib when u guys were being attacked in the past...many of us came to ur rescue and subsequently restored sanity here. But to think that a whole u could single out people to be ban shows u don't worth it one bit. This is a show of deepseated hatred for others...be careful and still respect yourself. Now,I know u are afraid of calling him to order...what shows that u want everything settled for even taking side. |

| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ositadima1(m): 8:02am On Oct 02, 2023 |
emmanuelewumi:This is a good opportunity for speculators to stockpile BUA cement bags. I also thought as much. It was either that WAPCO, BUA, and Dangote have been selling at a huge premium, or it is just a temporary market gimmick. |

ahiboilandgas:The annoying thing about this element is how he thinks no one is fit to criticize northern political criminals. Very typical; just like Buhari. ![]() I no blame you at all. If people had used their senses properly in 2015, this thread wouldn't have become this useless. ![]() |

emmanuelewumi:the production is to low to make any impact on Market share . 60m tonne need . BUA 17M it will create rent seeking business Men again (subsides) only Dangote group can drag prices up or down . Control over 70 percent of the Markets volume .BUA is playing politics ( free Markets and Emotion don't mix ) Tinibu is learning the hard way . I will not make any positive contribution to this thread any more |

ositadima1:BUA has a return on capital employed of 20%. Dangote cement has about 50%. Lafarge has 20%. The net debt of Bua in 2022 was N260 billion. Capex/sale 30%. 5% and below is better Capex/Operating Cash Flow is 70%. Just 30% left as free cash flow. Free cash flow/net income of 40%. Meaning just 40% of the earning was converted to FCF. I look at businesses with a minimum of 80% conversion rate Even with this 95% the net income was paid as dividend. With a free cash flow of N42 billion, the business should not have paid more than N34billion as dividend or 80% of the free cash flow, but the company paid a dividend of about N100 billion. Meaning money was borrowed to pay dividends and yet dividend yield was about 3% |
