Nice one. Civil service needs total overhaul, Nigerian government looses a lot of money in the hands of civil service. Payment systems must be created, via token cards etc, hand to hand payment should be discouraged in all government offices.

Good development. They need to increase capacity and extend the line from Badagry to Epe.

Kudos to Lagos.

Some people would have had this but their Messiah governor preferred to use their free money allocation from Abuja to build himself a brewery.

And products from the brewery are sold in garages / parks all over Lagos to agberos and touts, thereby helping the IGR of their state. Do you now see that breweries are good businesses? By the way have you seen how mad men prowl around Lagos daily after too much shekpe and paraga from breweries too? Do you now see how wise that Messiah is?

By the way are breweries not better than cocaine and forgery? Thatโ€™s what your own messiah is accused of, bringing international disgrace to the entire country. Which now is better?

Give us our electric trains๐Ÿš‰ ๐Ÿš‰! We should start being accountable for whatever we propose.

That is why some envious enemies within are trying to destroy it, trying to turn it into a scorched and desolate landscape , flowing with blood and scared by unending terrorism.

May God continue to bless Lagos and frustrate the plans of her enemies, amen.

The incident truly happened. Though it was an initial embarrassment, but not every truth should be rationalised because of politics.

And you believe a group of poeple can push a train to move?

And that wouldn't have been possible if not because of the oil revenue coming from the East and Mid west. When you are rejoicing and shouting, good if you will know the source and how it came to be. Your ancestors will not tell you the bitter truth.

With 3.8m cowry card sold, each cowry card cost #250 , multiply that and you will get 950m.

That is #1.9 Billion Naira at #350 per trip

Now imagine if the federal government had connected a rail line from Lagos to EAST or ABUJA TO EAST

Although I applaud the initiative, the main thing should how to maximise revenue generated from it should be able to pay for repairs, general maintenance, other costs and if possible, generate a little profit on the side for the government, so it doesn't end up like the Abuja-kaduna railine thing
