Fufu and Atama soup for breakfast. This one is fresh atama leaves and water leaves. I was trying to avoid the stress of pounding palm kernel and preparing it so I opted for the water leaf method but I still ended up spending more than 5hrs in the kitchen yesterday to prepare it . Akwa-Cross soups are really stressful to prepare.

Fried yam and tomato sauce.

I boiled the yam with onion, salt, maggi cubes and pepper. When it got soft i drained the water, and fry.

The ingredients were infused into the yam.
The taste was suppereb and it was crunchy and soft.
