Fresh tomatoes
Sachet tomato.
1 knorr culinary
Salt.

Preparation!!
I sliced my tomatoes n pepper
Boiled them along side the mashed garlic n ginger
Then blend them.

Heat my redoil,then fry everything...wait for some minutes,add my tin tomato
And sliced onions.
Add my culinary and taste,then wait for sometime before bringing it down.

There is NO normal recipe since someone who has maybe never cooked with those particular ingredients would have a hard time getting the quantity and taste right.

For the pudding, you will need
Rice(shinkafan tuwo)
Groundnuts(raw)
Soak your Groundnuts till soft(soaked mine for like 3 hrs)
Next you grind the Groundnuts to a smooth paste.
Add water to you grinded Groundnuts and sieve the milk out.
Wash your rice and add to the milk and cook on low heat till very soft. That is all

Oh okay.. Its a Hausa word and a term for respect for women of high class also a sign of respect for elderly women. Buh the actual name is used for those that went for pilgrimage

Used to hide these in my back in the days. chew small during break, den chew the rest at home... we suffer oh..😂😂 na by force 😂😂😂....
Haven't seen it for a long time though.
