Handling whose admirers, hers? undecided

Nonsense! How prayer go make person wey get behavioural issues change if he himself does not wish to change? Nigerians and their silly belief that God is some kind of magical puppet master. undecided

Same with me.

I drank Stout for 10 years and can’t believe I parted ways with it. Now I take lager.

It’s never how far but how well.

Is there even the right or wrong one for anyone ?

I keep thinking about about this seeing how things change between people in relationships.

This is a clear case that dating one long enough to marry can fail.

Many times it seem as though marriage mucks up beautiful relationships.

Having come that far , these two would have still been together without marriage.

Whichever relationship you find yourself enjoy it and be happy. It mustn't be marriage.

There are no guarantees.

Those ideas are clearly of myths. There are those one is attracted to and those who aren't attracted to ---- courtesy of the chemicals in our brain. Then we get to work picking "the one" through various processes of rationalizing ordinarily disconnected behaviors to support our choice. From there the delusion progresses until it is either shattered by reality or we continue to build even more mental prisons to keep us in it as long as we want. grin

2. You actually think the problem with admirers issue only began after they got married? I beg to differ. Whatever it was that reared its ugly head after they got married had most likely been stewing for a long time before. undecided

The more serious a relationship gets the more difficult it gets. There’s increased expectations which results in more arguments and fights.

There are friends with benefits who have been involved for more than two decades. Some got married and divorced but the casual relationship stood. Even when the benefits stops they can easily revert to being friends unlike people who chose to date/marry.

I know someone who was in the talking stage for 5 months but the official relationship crashed in 6 days.

It's a recurring theme.

Even Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt got a divorce within 2 years, despite dating for over 10 years and having kids.

Don't ask me the moral of the story, I don't know. cheesy

She sold herself short for 11 years because he was obviously a player. It was only when they lived together that she experienced the extent of his fuckboism. Also, let’s be honest, she was punching above her weight and the man probably hated her occupation. She comes across as pretentious because she’s trying to paint some picture that doesn’t fit the canvas. Maybe she’s just gullible.

Believe this story at your own peril undecided...

Cause in the eyes of most women "it's never my fault" undecided...

And if you pay attention to that write up, she emphasized that her husband was a "family oriented man whose nature and character she admired" undecided...

How then would a good natured family oriented man wake up one morning and seek a divorce? undecided...

That woman is the problem of why that marriage crashed! undecided...

You all are making some serious assumptions here which is that the relationship wasn't already fractured before the marriage. We know all too well that many choose to enter into marriage even with glaring red flags. These two may have been no different. They probably thought that once they moved in together as husband and wife somehow the red flags would resolve themselves. Only anyone with intelligence knows that rarely ever is the case. undecided

What has sustained them for the past 10yrs while courting please.. There's more to what happened within a year in marriage.

It doesn't seem hilarious to you that u dated someone for a decade and then break up just one Yr after marriage?..

I sincerely believe both parties are yet to be truthful as to what happened after marriage.

You can't tell me you dated someone for 10yrs,then decided to formalize the union, only to break up few months thereafter.
