OP is 100% right but sometimes it can be interesting, imagine a cement seller in our area winning 37m with only #500 stake. People always mock him whenever he print ticket 'cause he's always dreaming of winning millions which he actually did last 3 weeks ago. He has added 2 branches of his business.
