Schoolhike: I have the Maeco 12litre low energy dehumidifier (the low platinum range ones) I got last year. To be honest, it’s my best investment last year. The funny thing is you will be surprised at how humid your house is even when you are not seeing any sign or mold. The magic part is the air purifier that helps our young man sleep smoothly when he has flu. Till date, it’s the best money I spent in the UK. I always forget to share the good news about the product. Thanks for sharing. 17 Likes 4 Shares |

igbsam: I use my 12L for our 2bed. It’s just moving it around. To be honest, the areas with more moist are mostly bathroom and kitchen surroundings. Our son’s room and the living room are on same wing separated with a door from the other side. Our room is close to kitchen and bathroom. So we have more moist in our room. Sometimes 1hr to 2hrs dehumidifies the living room and our son’s to below 60. While we run more hours in our room and the corridor connecting bathroom. Our target is a little below 60 (57-59) so that we don’t get the house too dry. So yes, you can use for your 2bed, just move it around and maybe sort the areas with less moist first then spend the days on the area with more moist in the air. Very very economical, some days we used dehumidifier instead of the heater early this year. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Stevepop: Be careful with the bolded. It's a conflict of interest if it's the developer's solicitors, most of them just want to make the fees. They might not explain the implications of some of the clauses in the tp1. Might be prudent to get another solicitor to look at the tp1. 3 Likes |

Don't get me wrong, I said potentially which means if you or the facilitator can provide proofs to the lenders or banks of the source of funds, then you have nothing to offer. My post was based on my assumption that the facilitator in the UK might not be the owner of the funds which might place the person under the radar of a potential money mule. No mind me o, I'm just being careful and try to pass it on to others 😂... All the best bro 🙌🏾🙏🏾💪🏾 triplo3: 1 Like |

😂 You still mentioned the potentials of AML/CFT checks on the transaction while trying to make it look normal... that's fine though if the source of the funds can be proven. It would be a money mule situation when the purchaser is based in Nigeria and want to use a UK resident to funnel the funds for the transaction. The resident of course would be investigated for the source of funds which you adduced to. Anyway... All the best 😂 koonbey: |

Houses are cheaper up north but it also depends on what use you intend pitting the house or flats. Do you intend renting it out or for living purposes (self use) ? triplo3: 3 Likes 1 Share |

igbsam: Stop cleaning, use mould spray to spray the affected areas, works like magic and cost about £1. Dehumidifier works best in enclosed areas so even if you buy a bigger one, you will have to move it around and close where it's working. |

Viruses: You are getting the whole thing twisted. Nobody is planning for marriage to fail but if that happens unfortunately you have to deal with the reality of divorce in the west. Probably it will help you deal with issues differently unlike how it goes in Nigeria. 3 Likes |

Hi house, Please I need to confirm, do you know the cost of IHS fee for children? The main applicant has spent 5months out of 12months on student visa. Trying to calculate the IHS fee, I am not sure of the amount is giving. It is way less than what the main applicant paid. |
