You need your admission letter, the certificate of study used in gaining admission, 3 years tax clearance, passport, tuition invoice.
Then proceed to the trade monitoring portal and upload.

With Form A is 16M and without is is 24m.

Please, is form A Still in operation?

2. Wait till you get an NSF requesting for her documents

I would strongly advise you go for option 1

My wife and kids bears my own name (first name) as their surname. Will there be a problem with the application due to different surname?

Example :

My First Name: Oluwaseun

My Surname: Gabriel

My wife's first name: Olaide

Her Surname (which is my own name) : Oluwaseun.

"I'm a student in the UK, with a visa that expires 1st week of February 2024, that is, I have about 3months left on my visa. I want to apply for visa for my wife next week. Will it be granted knowing the duration left on my visa? And if granted, will she be eligible for BRP? Refund of what exactly?
You only get an IHS refund when a visa isn’t issued.
They already got the visa and used it so IHS wouldn’t refund a dime.
