our constitution now in the mud

the supreme court judgement between OBJ vs Buhari in 2003 thrown away just to ensure that Tinubu remains in power

Logically, does 25% FCT residents make sense to you in a country where the constitution says all are equal before the Law.

Why should FCT residents be more Nigerians than those Nigerians in Gombe Yobe Osun Akwa Ibom Delta Bauchi Kebbi states? Where's the Equality in the constitution?

The drafters of the constitution did not make FCT residents special Nigerians.

Except if you want all Nigerians to transfer their PVC to FCT in 2027 and see if Abuja INEC would be able to handle it.

Justice Okoro has held that not having 25% of the votes in Abuja does not stop a candidate from being declared president.

The judge held that people of Abuja are equal and not different from other Nigerians
I don't support Tinubu but I agree.

Lolzzz... Funny enough but they should remember babablu is not staying in Aso rock forever when it's time a new president will emerge and I also hope they will still say what they are saying today regarding 25% in FCT

Cases aren't won on emotions but rather on evidence before the court, on the issues of 25%, Abuja is not a special state

Funny 😂. You know nothing about the Judiciary system in Nigeria. The law can be bent and has always been. Constitutions are written with loopholes so it can suit any situation the highest bidder finds himself. Until we are ready, let's enjoy the rots 👍

I agree. 25% was always dead on arrival, but this issue of IREV should be looked into in future.

We said it that the land of Abuja will fight against Peter Obi for trying to lie with it in his effort to steal President Tinubu's well deserved victory. No wonder a mysterious fire gutted his shopping mall there. How can someone who went to school argue that FCT votes are more important than those of others? Peter Obi is really a dunce.

Reading people passionately argue that this should be the case during the PEPT tells me that many people do not mind doing something illogical or legitimate as long as it works in their favour.

You only need to realize the game in play when you realize that same lawyers will argue for and against the same point in different courts and for different clients.

Honestly speaking all of this judgement are what common sense can tell you if you remove sentiments out of it and really I don't know how someone would spend so much with no clear evidence to prove his case court don't use sentiments or heresay you have to provide evidence to prove your case and honestly I think tinubu is enjoying this because instead of think and preparing a better way to win next election they are chasing lost course
what is is the best way to win election without the IREV Portal system tell me where countries that practice democratic government or leadership that don't use it for accuracy i want know becos liberia is an example.

it not about logic here bro. there's a precedence case here between Obj vs Buhari in 2003 where it was affirmed that you don't need to win Abuja but 25% is compulsory

This is why when people are PRAYING for Nigeria, heaven go dey say: "ARE THESE PEOPLE SERIOUS AT ALL"

Nigeria has officially welcomed: ILLEGALITY, DRUG TRAFFICKING, BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION, CRIMINALITY, FORGERY, UNCONSTITUTIONALITY, FRAUD, MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE.

And you know what? The world is keenly observing!

Whenever they lose out they will do everything they can to disrupt the system.

This has been their way since Jan 15, 1966.
