it not about logic here bro. there's a precedence case here between Obj vs Buhari in 2003 where it was affirmed that you don't need to win Abuja but 25% is compulsory

Did you see and read the ruling yourself or you are relying on hearsays?

Justice Okoro Thank God it's not Justice Ariwoola that said this, BAT knew that PO lacks the political acumen and structures to win the national election when he was saying since the 1ST day that LP would labor in vain grin
We told them to move on but they refused, dog wey go lost no go hear the hunter whistle grin grin . Let this enter your skulls in case you might want to raise any false hope in the future "No court can unseat any Nigerian President after being sworn in as a president", once INEC declares you as the presidential election winner in Nigeria nothing can unseat you except death cool

No. He said he'd labour in vain because the man who had thrived all his life in theft and criminality knew he had taken care of business through corrupt means. That's all.

You don't need to be an APC fanatic to know that the and clause was introduced because the fct is not a state but a territory. And in order to ensure that fct votes counted equally with other votes .

If the court ruled according to your interpretation, fct votes would be more important than other votes

But you are free to believe what you want to believe anyway

Good morning. A pox on both APC and PDP and a pox on LP. Nigeria deserves better.

This 25% fct is the most ludicrous argument i have ever seen in an electoral dispute in the 21st century. Nigeria doesn't practise electoral college system where votes from states don't carry equal significance. In simple direct rule, all votes are equal in anywhere its adopted in the world. This is the worst presidential election petition ever in this country. There was so much noise in the media, and no substance in evidence.
people just decided to read the constitution with a biased POV, even myself thats not a lawyer laughed hard when i saw the 25% argument. it was more disheartening when learned lawyers argued it on national TV

You shouldn't be hypocritical but acknowledge your unholy romance with the plague that has ravaged this country, that's the point!

Different day, different judgment. Care to know if the Supreme Court will stick to this if it was APC that was the complaint.

What makes a voter in Abuja in anyway superior to the one in Otukpo or Ishaga ? Some people will just decide to flaunt their inherent stupidity for the whole world to see, shior !
