Who has applied for PSW visa here lately?

How many weeks did you have to wait before your BRP arrives?

Hi guys please I need help.

I intend relocating from Nigeria to the UK. I am into IT and also don't want to go through the student route.

Like how much will I spend and also, what do I need to do to be able to work.

Go through the dependent route or global talent / tech nation

Has anyone been able to return successfully to Nigerian recently with an expired Nigerian Passport?

I'm going back in December through Virgin. I was there last December too and could see the banners at the arrival section stating that Nigerians with expired passports are allowed to return to the country.

Mine expired last month and i've tried to apply for a replacement but don't yet have the NIN number. I registered for it in Nigeria last year and i collected the slip. Truth be told, i'm sincerely not looking forward to that dreadful journey to the High Commission in London. The thought of that place alone sends shivers down my spine but you've gotta what you gotta do.

I've got a British Passport so the return trip shouldn't be an issue.

Your NIN should be on the slip that you collected after registration. That’s all you need.

I have the Maeco 12litre low energy dehumidifier (the low platinum range ones) I got last year. To be honest, it’s my best investment last year. The funny thing is you will be surprised at how humid your house is even when you are not seeing any sign or mold.

The magic part is the air purifier that helps our young man sleep smoothly when he has flu. Till date, it’s the best money I spent in the UK.

I always forget to share the good news about the product. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks

I travelled to Nigeria last year on an expired passport on a Virgin flight. On entering Nigeria, customs alerted me to the fact that my passport was expired but still stamped it. No questions asked.
On my way back to the UK, customs asked why I was travelling with an expired passport. (I have a UK passport as well and I had already done biometrics for my Nigerian passport and was just waiting to receive the passport itself). I explained this and produced my acknowledgement slip and I was allowed to continue my journey.

You forget say shifts de scarce these days eh? cheesy cheesy cheesy

kwakudtraveller:

Currently on this with PayPal Credit, although I didn’t withdraw but I made a large purchase and zero impact to my credit score because I pay over the minimum balance every month. This is how credit card companies make their money. The guy should just make sure say he pays up every month and keep his utilisation of that card really low, like perhaps £5 monthly so that he can clear out his depts fast atleast within 3 - 5 months. He may not have to withdraw with PayPal, he can even call the school and give them his card details so that they can take the money.

NB: This is not financial advise but from personal experience.

Phil46:
Guys

I'm in a dilemma regarding my tuition and will need your advice please.

I'm in the last semester of my master's and have about £2500 outstanding. The problem is I've been changing naira to pounds to pay to this stage since Form A became unreliable. I'm left with the hope of 2m which is just around £1400 at the current black market rate.

I've told the school that I'm working on it but they won't stop sending reminders. With the look of things I can't pay up until I finish and resume full time employment. I once sent them an email explaining the situation of things how the sudden FX hike has almost tripled the fee from the anticipated amount.

I don't know if anyone else is having or has had the same experience. How are you going about it please? I'll appreciate any advice I can get as the frequent emails and threat of potential withdrawal from the school has started affecting my wellbeing. I don't like being in debt. It makes me worry and lose concentration. Thanks

Go to nimc website
There's a code you can use to get your NIN number.
As long as you still have access to the phone number you used to register. Hopefully you're roaming the line that way you can still send ussd code.

You can also check your bank through Internet banking. That's how I found my NIN number (how they linked I don't know cos I didn't give the bank)

Yea i tried that yesterday morning but got stuck at the point where they wanted to send a code to my Nigerian phone number. Unfortunately i no longer have access to that sim.

As for internet banking, i had a feeling that would be the case as that's how i'm able to always retrieve my BVN. It got linked to my GTB account but the NIN isn't.

I have asked a friend to help me go the center i did the registration with the slip. Hopefully he is able to help me retrieve the NIN number.

Thanks for the suggestions. Appreciate it.

Your analogy does not portrayed that of an educated fellow.
Is tithing a criminal offence? Since you are the PA to the Almighty God, channel your energy to Sunak that said man is a man and woman is a woman. I'm sure if he says he is spending his money on Olosho, you will never question him because is his personal money.
Learn to respect other people's opinion in as much as it doesn't affect ur mental health but if it does, go for therapy.

Which belief?how did he arrive at such erroneous belief in the first place?
So how will he ever get it right if we leave him to his belief howbeit erroneous.

If I belief that killing humans is a form of worshipping God,u should leave me since it's my belief?
You think his belief is not my concern?it is,because these people have been brainwashed to believe their money is a form of worshipping God ,that's why we have 200m unproductive youths in extreme poverty paying tithe to these fraudsters believing a miracle that never comes will come.

Then they will indoctrinate their innocent children and it continues.we need to wake up

I can understand you now. Truth is, it’s still contractual and you have to see to the end of the agreement. All choices have consequences and this is one of them. I wish you all the best.

Bro better sees it as contractual still or she will not return the passport
