INEC to many sensible Nigeria is one of the political parties. It's a Neutral party serving the higest bidder.
If you pay more, they will declare you a winner and follow it up in the court. Frustrate your opponent from getting any electoral evidence and even ask the court to struck out their law suit.
They can even ask the court to fine your opponent for filing a contempt.
INEC is a political party whose chairman is appointed by the ruling government.
