* eating only twice a day at 10Am and 7pm respectfully ( my choice, nobe say food No dey) basically trying to discipline my eating habit ..... funny thing is, it's not easy sha. but that's among the things that makes you a man, having authority over your appetite .
you don ever see hungry horrny man the answer is simply Noo!!!
vice versa when you're full, you tend to crave for sex and other perrqusite pleasures that comes with a full stomach .

Eating only twice In a day, I can't remember the last time I tried it that is when I am extremely broke, I take garri three times a day. Similarly, if I have money I don't play with my Tommy tho.
