The only thing I see as major barrier now is the Court Case, once it's out of the way, share price will rise on optimism and investors sentiments.......

Concerning results, there was improvement in the 2021 fye released the last time.........from -ve to +ve.
If 2022 should be more better and Court Case is out of the way, Oando will move up and break the previous high barrier of 16......my opinion....and based on some analysts opinion too.

This is one stock many investors are keeping eyes on....

If the release of their results and corporate info are managed well, Oando could break the N20 mark within 2 weeks.
As highlighted in the FY2021 audited accounts, I think Oando's FY2022 results might not be too great, and that may cause another decline in price when it is eventually released. Please watch out, take advantage to buy more if possible.
But FY2023 should be much better, and that should impact the prices positively. The FY2021 audited accounts mentioned the fact that company expects to start making profits from FY2023.

Oando's potentials are not in doubt. Its just the managers that people fear.
The stock would rise unbelievably if only Wale has enough units and wants it up there.

The integrity of AFRIXM management should be question, how could you approve $800m loan for a company without due diligence? No latest audited FS. Africa financial services market I shitty

And do you think a whole AFREXIM will just be dumb enough not to carry out due diligence before granting a loan or entering an agreement?
Me I don't think so......
What I think is that they must have sighted hidden values and potentials which will be worth the effort.

Besides, AFREXIM is committed to injecting funds into power and energy sector of the country as a form of improvement for developing nations.......I think as well as the African countries sha.

Same AFREXIM picked up some % of GEREGU shares.

Think there's more to OANDO recently than we can all see.........which Wale factor has made to be obscured. smiley

When I checked OANDO OS, it was 12.46bn or so out of which 5bn is free float.....
* What of a scenario where these people codedly or strategically starts mopping up through proxies?
Yesterday alone, over 55M units exchanged hands, without buyer, sellers wouldn't have been able to sell nah.

Make una no mind me with my over thinking o, whether na paralysis we go call am self. grin
One thing is: those guys are something else, they can do or undo......we recently saw a scenario from Oba Otudeko's accumulations of FBNH shares thru proxies.

Why are we repeating the same story every day? Is it merely to fill up the pages?

Oando is currently undervalued compared to its potential. The question is whether the delisting will occur at 7.07 or at another price. If not otilo, a price above 30 is very possible in the coming weeks sef.

There has been a lot of interest in OANDO recently.
A lot of people have been very negative about the stock....using Wale as a boogeyman to force minority shareholders to sell the units they currently possess.

You may be right, but only to some extent.
What banks/businesses invest in is the FUTURE, not necessarily the past.
A company may have a terrible past, but banks would give loans and invest in it if they are convinced of the future prospects. Most companies doing well today have had difficult pasts!
Oando has good prospects as an upstream company (sales and receivables in dollars), plus additional resources from the acquisition of ENI. Their shares would clock the N100s the moment they are able to stabilize paying their loans and dividends to shareholders

Banks don't necessary use financial statements as a determining factor for granting such loans. It is the analysis of the business deal that it important to them which I believe they must have done before granting them the loan.

While raising awareness, also communicate to the "new people joining every day", that the delisting at 7.07 is still under court consideration, and buying above 7 may be a significant gamble.

Yes, that is regularly mentioned as a factor to consider and part of the conversation on Oando.
I even mentioned it in one of my recent posts.
