What I know is that Atiku will never be president of Nigeria.

For your info Wike has not crossed to APC because he is still keeping his options open.

Whether it's Tinubu, Obi or Wike what I know is that the south must get 8 years of uninterrupted presidency before it gets to the turn of the north so tell Atiku to go fuk himself!
so if he later becomes go and question God for that if you have the nerve and the gut to that

Atiku should forget presidency because Nigeria is not his personal property.

The next time the north will get it's chance for presidency is in 2031 and by then he will be over 80 years old, at that time Kwankwaso and other younger northerners will be the ones contesting for presidency grin

It baffles me how people even with their poor performance and credibility history will be so desperate to be president of Nigeria even at their dying age. Buhari was so desperate and when he became the president, Nigeria became the worse for it?

if he is not acting as if it is his personal business why then is he so desperate?

He will go and hide in Dubai then when it's time for elections he will run back to Nigeria and use emotional blackmail to force the PDP to give him the ticket.

Atiku has been vice president for 8 year therefore he should give chance to other people to try their luck. Why is he so desperate to become president even when everyone know that the presidency was zoned to the south?

What did he forget in Aso Rock!!!

Nigeria did not start 1999. Yhe North has had more than their fair share
emmykk:

Atiku came 2nd in the last presidential election with all APC rigging he has more electral value than all the candidates including the president.

The merger is supposed to make him win successfully with obi as VP and with kwankwaso as senate president will help remove APC.

Most especially Tinubu don't need a second term because his 4 yrs to 2027 would have have made the south stay in power for 17yrs since 1999 if he wins again in 2027 that will be 21 yrs against 10yrs of north stay in power
That is
Obj 8 years
Good luck 6yrs
Jagaban 4yrs
Total 16years

Buhari 8yrs
Yardua 2yrs
Total 10yrs

2027 ought to be another opportunity for a northern to claim their turn.

Should obi benefit from the merger and win that will further extend the time for it to get to the north but a VP for obi is a quick route for him to be president in future if Atiku wins.

Politicians don't use common sense otherwise things will be easy for for them.

If they are still divided Jagaban will win again

Last election should let u know all that obi is still no poplar with the North .....originally I would want obi to spare ahead the coalition of parties, then again Nigeria electoral cleavage don't work like we think it is .....only Atiku can contest with Tinubu, obi doesn't stand a chance with Tinubu sentiment aside ...u need to understand the dynamics of Nigeria politics ...if I were obi I will merge with atiku and make an agreement that if atiku should win he would be in line to take over from him....Nigeria politics u have to be calculated enough to put your interest first ....this is why Tinubu is alys having his way ...

His time has past. Obi will be the arrowhead of any coalition
Tareq1105:

And you think Atiku would go through that without being made the presidential candidate?

Atiku was at the fore front of the merger of AC, APP, CPC, New PDP, and APGA (part) into today's APC. He was very excited and hopeful with the thought that he would get the ticket of the new party.

However, when he contested and lost to Buhari in the primary, he became cold to the activities of the party till he left back to PDP in frustration.

So, any marriage that would make Atiku to be onlooker would not work. That's his antecedent.

If you guys wanna bring Tinubu, thats your business but in the new Nigeria thats POssible,
Peter Obi will lead it
shinealight:

….that’s precisely why Tinubu will do his complete 8 years before the opposition wakes up. They can never agree to field Atiku while Atiku would rather peme than concede to anybody else! In any case, it’s not the turn of the North for another 8 years…unless North & South are ready to go their separate ways and manage their own affairs.

That is why the useless merger party will never succeed and Tinubu will rule for 8years. Obi will not agree for Atiku just the way Atiku will not step down for KwKwanso.

You think the North is one? Lets have credible election then see whther Obi will not win again and this time we make sure he is not rigged out
Sannisege:
Obi will be the easiest candidate for Tinubu to defeat in 2027 because there’s no way the north will allow a new southerner to have the presidency which may potentially delay northern presidency for another 12 years

Atleast it shows we're not stuck to PDP. We can change our minds at will
maasoap:

None of those allegations were wrong. Everyone has reasons for doing what he or she does, you just don't want to admit. PDP was your party of choice for many years until PDP denied Obi their ticket (he actually didn't wait to find out though), then you all fell out with PDP.
Re: Atiku's Next Move To Clinch The Presidency. by ValarDoharis: 4:06pm On Nov 22, 2023
Obi won the 2023 election with a wide margin but was rigged out.

In 2027, Obi will get more votes in SW than he got in 2023. When you say SW, you make it seem everyone vote same way..very far from it. Infact only SS and SE vote same way.

Do not be deceived by the rigging of 2023, it will never be allowed in 2027.

The middle belt of Benue, Nasarawa, Plateau,
Kogi will vote Obi.

Obi is the more popular candidate currently and Atiku and Tinubu knows this
casualobserver:

Any coalition that throws in Obi as its presidential candidate is dead on arrival.

You won’t like to hear it but this is the truth. If you form a coalition and put Obi as presidential candidate, the northern votes will go to APC.

Let me explain this to you. Atiku is not going through all this to settle as VP to Obi. He has already been VP. Why go through all the trouble to be a VP to Obi at 80yrs? If Atiku is not going to be his VP then who in the North as VP can pull votes for OBI? The only person is Kwakwanso and Kwakwanso will never be VP to Obi. There is no other person in the North today who has the stature to take on APC in the north especially as a VP. Therefore, I hope you can see that Obi is dead on arrival because 2027 is his only chance.

Also, the north will also not want a repeat of what happened with Jonathan where they will support a southerner for 1 term and he will get there and say he wants 2 terms. Better let the south complete their 2 terms with a man they know cannot run again and will definitely support a return to the north, than introduce a new Southerner who will tell you story when it is time for the north.

The truth is Obi made an error in leaving PDP. it may have been a forced error but it was an error. He should never have left PDP. Having left PDP he has sealed his political fate….he will never be president of Nigeria. If The opposition want to dislodge Tinubu , the best chance is via Atiku. Whether they will be able to get the same 14m votes in 2027, I don’t know, whether they can truly unite, I don’t know but I do know than only Atiku can dislodge Tinubu….and even then it is no guarantee.

But one thing I do know 100% take it to the bank. Obi will never be on the list of Nigerian presidents. He is damaged goods.

You are his supporter, you voted for him and he didn’t wi. He already has your votes what you need are the votes of the people who didn’t vote for him…no be so? For us to vote for him, you have to understand how we feel about him and if that feeling can go away. Who are these “we” whose votes you need? SW and the Northern Muslim votes. I can tell for free over our dead bodies will we vote for Obi.

Obi has reached the peak he will ever get. He has picked up the easy votes but they are not enough, the ones he needs to cross the line are the ones he can never get. Let us also not forget, 2023 was a golden opportunity for PDP, there are those in the PDP that will forever resent him for damaging their chances and causing their defeat from jaws of victory by leaving the party…..exemplified by people like Reno. He is more likely to lose votes from his current base than to gain votes.
