Technicalities as usual but in plateau they refused to make use of technicalities.May God forgive us in this country

Did you read the judgement?

Do you even have the slightest idea of how the court works ?

Do you have an objection to the ground stated by the Lordships ?

It is so unfortunate

We live like slaves and second-class citizens here.
My colleague here is beginning to doubt whether God truly exists. He is asking himself what else would the indigenous people of the state do to gain back their freedom? So appaling

This was expected flowing from the decision of the supreme court in the presidential election petition case. If you fail to front load witness statement on oath along with your petition ur name na sorry.

Trust Yoruba lawyers. Only failures employ others. Law is based on technicalities not sentiments.

The reason Atiku, Obi and others failed in courts.

Law is Yoruba; Yoruba is Law .

Judges appointed by APC have taken over the role of appointing political office holders in Nigeria.
Country fast heading to the abyss.

Front loading is so basic in pretty much any action so I wonder why they would have made such a mistake. And it wasn't settled in the pre-trial conference??

APC isn’t ready to leave power. One party system is much more affirmed in APC leadership . So so unfortunate.

It is basic but wasn't settled as at then.the new electoral act makes frontloading of everything mandatory but petitioners thought subpoenaed evidence were exempted so starting from obi and atiku, they started bringing subpoenaed evidences in the middle of trial.unfortunately, the pepc and apex court overruled them

Watch it . By the time Tinubu will be leaving in eight years time. He would have dwarfed all the achievements of all northern leaders military or civilian.

Imagine if Obasanjo's achievements were sustained.

Yoruba on top.
