DEMOLISHING IGBO PEOPLE HOUSES IN LAGOS, THAT THEY HAVE LITTERED IN THEIR VILLAGES WILL NOT IMPOVERISH THEM.

FOR ANY IGBO MAN TO BUILD HOUSE IN LAGOS, HE HAS FIRST BUILT SIMILAR STRUCTURE OR BETTER IN HIS VILLAGE.

THE QUESTION THAT SHOULD BE IN THE MIND OF YORUBA PEOPLE IS, WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES OF DESTROYING THE HOMES OF PEOPLE THAT BUILT AND DEVELOP LAGOS.

TINUBU MAY BE DESTROYING THEIR PROPERTIES AND EXPECTING ONE NIGERIA TO CONTINUE FOREVER OR PERHAPS TO LIVE FOREVER, BUT THAT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY AND PURE FANTASY BECAUSE TINUBU WILL NOT LIVE FOREVER AND THIS NIGERIA AS IT IS WILL ALSO NOT BE FOREVER.

U DESTROY THE HOUSES, WAR START, ALL OTHER STRUCTURES IN LAGOS DESTROYED AND NIGERIA DIVIDED, WILL TINUBU FAMILY MONEY THEN ERECT ALL THE STRUCTURES WE ALL CAME TOGETHER TO BUILD?

THIS IS JUST ONE SCENARIO AS WE CANNOT SEE THE FUTURE, BUT AGREE ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.

WE HEAR HE ALSO WANT TO EXTEND HIS HATE TO ABUJA AND DESTROY IGBO PEOPLE PROPERTIES.

THAT MAN IS DIGGING HIS GRAVE AND ONCE ALL THIS RICH AND WEALTHY PEOPLE UNITE WITH BIAFRA FORCES, IT IS ALL OVER FOR NIGERIA.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT, IGBO PROPERTY OWNERS IN LAGOS ARE THE ONLY SET BACK TO THE BIAFRA MOVING TRAIN. THEY ARE NORMALLY ONE NIGERIA SUPPORTERS.

IT DOESNT MATTER.

LAGOS IS A GLORIFIED SLUM.

LEKKI IS A SHIT HOLE.

EKO ATLANTIC WILL BE FLOODED AND SINK.

ONE MOVE BY IGBO PEOPLE WILL CUT LAGOS DOWN TO SIZE AND THAT THIRD ECONOMY CLAIM WILL EVAPORATE.

THE MINUTE NIGERIA ENDS, LAGOS DIES, ALL OIL COMPANIES HEADQUATERES THERE AS OF PRESENT WILL LEAVE.

IGBO CARGO HELD IN LAGOS PORT WILL RELOCATE TO RIVERS STATE AND OTHER SS WILL BUILD SEAPORT.

MANY PEOPLE WILL THEN RELOCATE TO THEIR LOCALITY AND VILLAGES AND DEVELOP THEM MORE.

WHAT IS LAGOS THEN?

FIRST TO DO E NO THEY PAIN BUT DONT FINISH DOING AND START BEGGING, WHEN IT WILL BE OUR TURN AND SOON IT WILL BE OUR TURN, VERY SOON, WE WILL HAVE THE LAST LAUGH.

Everything to you lots is about tribalism!

Was it only houses of Igbo`s that were destroyed! Did they exempt some houses in their demolition path!

The victim mentality is getting out of hands!

Doesn't the government demolish houses in the East? Are they also anti-Igbo?

Instead of focusing on root cause of demolition, you here talking about tribalism!

Igbos are actually very foolish.

Let me tell you something. In Lagos, you take a SS or Yoruba or Northerner to a land, he will call a Surveyor to come chart it. Then, he will go to Surveyor General to check again if the land is truly free. Thereafter, he will call lawyer to do Deed. All these before paying. An Igbo man will see this and call the Yoruba person a coward.

An Igbo man will just pay cash. Even if you tell him the land is under government acquisition, he won't worry. He will tell you that shebi it is money they will collect.

This particular place, it is Omonile that scammed land buyers. They took government to court and lost. But they won't tell you, they prefer to cry victimization.

but FHA should have stopped the construction. Why waiting for the house to be completed before demolishing? That's pure wickedness

You are just an unstable hypocrite.
If FHA stopped them from building, you will come here with your basket of tears that FHA is stopping Igbos from building in Lagos.

Metropolitan state wey hey Oba but no Obi.
Demolishing houses is just the beginning. We will still enter civil service. Remember what Peter Obi did to nin-indigenes? We will do it.
From there, we enter markets.
From there, we enter haulage. Any container not destined for the SW will pay road tax. 2M per container.
By the time we start, you will be using visa to enter Lagos.

There are new budding cities with real estate Development potential in Nigeria

Lagos is not one of them

Those who have eyes for next ten , fifteen years to twenty years coming can never consider Lagos
Because

Lagos is completely choked

That's why I get surprised at people investing in Lagos Properties

The title of this NL thread is criminally misleading.

The land on which some of those illegally built houses are built is located at Abule Ado near Festac Town where a major gas pipeline explosion took place 3 years ago in March 2020. Many of the houses were subsequently marked for demolition for building near a major gas pipeline.

The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) clearly owns the land and NOT Lagos State, so Lagos State Government is NOT demolishing any houses but it the Federal Agency called FHA that's doing that.

Enough of the highly irritatingly propaganda and fake news being spread by some Ibos online meant to whip up sentiments and victimhood. On a good day, the owners of these houses have committed a major crime by encroaching on Federal land and they can go to jail for not heeding the advice of FHA to stop the land encroachments and construction works.

In Lagos, we don't care how beautiful your mansion is, or how much money you sank into it. All we care about is law of the land. If your structure violates law, we support its demolition.

Infact to top it, the owner of this structure owe government what it cost to dispatch demolition crew and equipments to his house.

Jaja Wachuku was the first Ibo person in 1947 to publicly refer to the then administrative capital of Nigeria which was Lagos Island (NOT Lagos State) as a no-man's-land. In 1953 the Ibos in NCNC repeated the same ridiculous claim again.

Alhaji Lateef Jakande NEVER refered to the state he governed by that ignorant propaganda allegations you Ibos are pushing around! That's sheer dishonesty of the highest order to tell lies that it was former Governor Abdulateef Jakande of Lagos State that originally made that comment. I was alive when he first became the Governor of Lagos State along with the Deputy Governor Alhaji Jafojo, and he was a very upright man who had a sense of purpose.
