First, I never told you anyone is in Heaven or Hell since the passage I posted for you to read clearly reveals that only those who are born-again can enter into the Kingdom of God and it is only at the end when Jesus Christ returns that those who sleep will be raised, some of them to judgment.

Second, not all the dead sleep since God Himself said in Genesis 3 vs 16 -24 that those who die outside of God —unbelievers —were made from dust and to dust they will be returned.
